Edible Rose Ice Spheres

These fresh floral ice spheres are sure to be a hit at any celebratory gathering and can be tailored to fit the occasion! They can be incorporated into a fancy cocktail or used to chill champagne/beverages.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

All you need is a round ice mold (or any large ice cube tray), edible fresh flowers, and water. You can check out my Reel on Instagram for a visual on making them. I decided to use an aging bouquet of roses leftover from Mother’s Day to give them a second life.

Place one flower in each cube section and fill to the top with water from the faucet. Add the lid and finish filling using the hole located on the top of the container. Let chill in the freezer for a few hours or until ready to use.

To make the ice spheres you will want to place one flower in each cube section and fill to the top with water. Place the mold lid on the base and continue filling with water through a small hole located on the top of the container. Let chill in the freezer for a few hours.

When you’re ready to remove the ice cubes, run luke warm water over the top and bottom of the ice cube maker to allow the sphere to loosen inside. Pull lid off and the ice ball should easily detach from the tray.

These would make a beautiful addition to a baby shower, engagement party, or backyard party!
