Fizz and Florals

I wish I could take credit for this fancy drink but I stumbled upon it on Cheralee Lyle’s stylish Instagram. It’s as tasty as it is beautiful and SO easy to make. This would be a perfect drink for a bridal shower, garden party, or brunch!

First, make the edible flower ice cubes using an ice sphere and filling it with fresh edible petals and water. Freeze over night. Click here for a step-step tutorial on making floral ice spheres. Using organic florals is always best when adding them to drinks or food.

Here’s a list of edible petal options:

  • Rose

  • Bachelor’s Button

  • Carnation

  • Chamomile

  • Chrysanthemum

  • Dianthus

  • Dahlia

  • Hibiscus

  • Nasturtium

  • Lavender

  • Pansy

  • Strawberry flowers (or the berry!)

  • Viola

  • Violets

Place an ice sphere in the bottom of a glass and add gin, rose syrup, and prosecco. Cheers!
